This Refund Policy applies to all proxy, data collection, and related technical services provided to users by 006ip (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our").
Before using this service, please read and understand this Refund Policy carefully. By purchasing or using this service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this policy.
1.1 Since the services provided by the Company are digital services delivered instantly and available for immediate use (including but not limited to proxy IPs, bandwidth, traffic, number of requests, API access permissions, etc.), all paid fees are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable, except for the circumstances explicitly listed in this policy.
1.2 Once the service is activated, account access is obtained, or traffic/proxy resources become available, the service is deemed to have started performance.
In the following cases, users are not entitled to request a refund, including but not limited to:
2.1 The service has been fully or partially used, including but not limited to:
• Any proxy traffic / GB has been consumed
• Any requests or connections have been initiated
• Proxy pool, API Key, or account permissions have been activated
2.2 Usage problems caused by the user's own reasons, including but not limited to:
• Configuration errors, improper use
• Insufficient technical capability or failure to operate according to documentation
• Failure to pass the target website's anti-scraping, risk control, or verification mechanisms
• Changes in target website rules, algorithms, or blocking strategies
2.3 Results caused by the following risks or restrictions:
• Blocking, rate limiting, verification, or access failure by third-party websites (such as Google, Amazon, TikTok, Cloudflare, Akamai, etc.)
• IP is flagged, score is decreased, or access is restricted by the target platform
• Access instability caused by differences in network environments in different countries/regions
2.4 User's violation of the Company's terms of service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
• Abuse of proxy resources
• Automated attacks, fraud, illegal or infringing behavior
• Attempting to bypass risk control, CAPTCHA, or security systems
Users may apply for a refund to the Company only if the following strict limiting conditions are met simultaneously:
3.1 The user submits a refund application within 24 hours after purchase;
3.2 Due to reasons not caused by the user's own behavior, the service experiences one of the following situations:
• The service remains unavailable after purchase
• The service has serious technical defects, making it impossible to provide basic functions as described
3.3 The Company is unable to solve the problem within a reasonable time (24 hours) after receiving feedback from the user;
3.4 When applying for a refund, the user:
• Has not used a large amount of relevant service resources
• Has not violated any of the Company's policies or terms
Under the condition that all the above conditions are met, the Company will decide whether to provide a full or partial refund based on the specific situation.
⚠️ If a user submits a problem or refund request more than 24 hours after purchase, it is deemed that the user has accepted the service and confirmed that its quality meets expectations.
4.1 All subscription services (automatic renewal by month or period) are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
4.2 Users are responsible for canceling their subscriptions on their own before the next billing cycle begins. The Company will not refund fees incurred due to failure to cancel in time.
4.3 Cancellation of subscription only affects future billing cycles and does not affect service access permissions within the paid cycle.
5.1 Refunds approved by the Company will be returned to the user's original payment method (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.).
5.2 The actual arrival time depends on the payment service provider and bank processing speed, usually 5-10 working days.
5.3 The Company is not responsible for the arrival time of refunds caused by delays of third-party payment institutions or banks.
6.1 All refund amounts do not include taxes, processing fees, or exchange rate differences that have already occurred (if applicable).
6.2 Any fees generated by the tax or foreign exchange policies of the country or region where the user is located shall be borne by the user.
7.1 Any refund or dispute application regarding paid fees or charges must be submitted to the Company in writing within 3 months from the date the fee occurred.
7.2 For applications exceeding this period, the Company has the right not to accept them.
The Company reserves the right of final interpretation of this Refund Policy and has the right to update this policy according to changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments, or risk control needs. The updated policy will be announced on this website and will take effect immediately.
