License Agreement
Please read our Public Offer Agreement carefully to ensure smooth cooperation. By using the services at https://006ip.com, you automatically confirm that you are aware of and agree to this Public Offer Agreement.
1.1 This Public Offer Agreement (the "Agreement") applies to the 006ip services located on the https://006ip.com website.
1.2 By accessing and/or using the Services, you agree to this Agreement and enter into a legally binding agreement with 006ip Provider Online Service Co., Ltd. ("006ip"), regardless of whether you register a personal account.
1.3 In this Agreement, you may be referred to as "you" or the "Customer".
1.4 You are only entitled to access the website and/or use 006ip's services if you fully agree to this Agreement. Your use of 006ip Services confirms your acceptance of this Agreement and any other documents in its appendices.
1.5 If you have not read, do not fully understand, or do not agree to this Agreement, you must immediately leave the website and stop using 006ip Services.
1.6 Accepting this Agreement means you agree to its terms. By ticking the box to accept the agreement when creating a personal account or completing and confirming an order form referencing this agreement, you accept this agreement.
1.7 Access to the Services for monitoring availability, performance, or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes, is prohibited.
1.8 Direct competitors of 006ip are prohibited from accessing the Services without prior written consent from 006ip.
1.9 The agreement becomes effective between the customer and 006ip on the date the customer accepts it.
Review the terms we use to fully understand the text and meaning of this agreement.
2.1 "Customer" - 1) An individual at least 18 years old accepting this Agreement, or 2) A legal entity represented by an individual accepting this Agreement, that has made an order and paid for it with the intention to use the Services.
2.2 "Order Form" - The online form allowing the Customer to place an order for 006ip's Services on the website, specifying the country of proxy servers, purpose of use, internet protocol version, quantity of proxy servers, lease period, and the authorization method and the form of payment.
2.3 "Personal Account" - The Customer's account on the website through which the Customer can use the Services. The Personal Account allows the Customer to track the expiration date of service usage, renew services, place orders for new services.
2.4 "Personal Balance" - The Customer's balance in their Personal Account, which the Customer can top up in advance and use for payment of services. In case the Customer participates in the 006ip Affiliate Program, all referral fees are also accumulated in their Personal Balance.
2.5 "006ip Services" or Services - Provision of exclusive access to services which are available in the Personal Account within 24 hours after the Customer ordered and paid for the Services.
2.6 "Ordering" - Placing an online order by filling out the "Order Form" and subsequent payment for the order on the website to order the 006ip's Services.
2.7 "User" - 1) An individual who accepts this Agreement on behalf of himself, or 2) an individual who uses the purchased Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity (by the Customer) and has obtained user identification and password provided by the Customer. Users may include, for example, the Customer, employees, consultants, contractors and agents and third parties with whom the Customer conducts business.
This Agreement sets forth the terms for 006ip providing Services to the Customer.
3.1 006ip provides Services to the Customer based on applicable Order Forms, and the Customer is obligated to pay for such services and use them according to this Agreement and the Terms of use of the 006ip's Services.
We make our best efforts to make using our services convenient for you and, accordingly, we can change, update and set usage limits on our services, conduct preventive maintenance and have access to your personal account without your consent.
We strive to provide the Customer with 24/7 access to the website under normal conditions, but we are not liable if for any reason the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period due to system failure, maintenance, repair or for reasons beyond our control. Access to the Services may be suspended temporarily and without notice.
4.1 006ip provides the Customer with the Services according to this Agreement, namely providing access to the Personal Account: transferring a unique login and password resulting in ability to independently access the service with the list of proxy servers that the Customer has rights to access.
4.2 For the convenience of using the Services by the Customer, 006ip can provide necessary consultation via email, by phone or in the 006ip's support chat, which will help to connect to the Service and set up software.
4.3 006ip takes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the purchased services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for:
4.3.1. Scheduled maintenance;
4.3.2. Unavailability caused by circumstances beyond 006ip's reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, floods, fires, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, strikes or other labor problems, service failures caused by third parties (e.g., Internet Service Provider failure or delay or denial of service).
4.4 006ip provides Services according to the laws and government regulations applicable for 006ip generally providing Services to its customers and subject to the Customer's use of Services according to this Agreement and applicable Order Form.
4.5 006ip does not control the Customer's activity related to its use of Services, or any other matters related to any service provided or received by the Customer.
4.6 006ip may collect statistical data including the number of orders and other data related to general activity of the Customer.
4.7 006ip creates the Customer's personal account at the time of Ordering. 006ip can create and delete such personal accounts in case of the Customer's violation of these terms and conditions of this Agreement and/or at the request of the Customer.
4.8 006ip can change, modify and update the Website without notice and consent of the Customer.
4.9 006ip has a right to set limits for usage of Services depending on the type of proxy servers.
4.10 006ip can send messages, requests, ads, info or other notifications including notifications about expiration of 006ip's Services usage to the Customers.
4.11 To ensure security of the Website and security of using the Services by the Customers and in order to increase the quality of the provision of these Services, 006ip can conduct preventive maintenance, which can lead to temporary interruptions in the Website.
4.12 006ip can restore access of the Customer to its Personal Account in case of being hacked, loss or changing login details.
4.13 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that despite the measures taken by 006ip, the website may be subject to hacking, internet viruses, malware, system and software viruses and the like. In such an event, 006ip may take the corrective measures that it thinks necessary and the Customer acknowledges and agrees that 006ip shall not be responsible for any damage the Customer may suffer, whether by reason of such corrective measures or the infringement.
4.14 006ip can transfer its rights and/or obligations under this Agreement and/or transfer ownership of the Website to third parties without the Customer's consent.
4.15 006ip has a right to refuse or cancel access to Services at its sole discretion.
4.16 006ip can provide Services to the Customer only in the type and quantity of proxies that are available for 006ip at that moment. In case 006ip does not have the quantity of Services ordered and paid by the Customer, 006ip reserves a right to provide and the Customer is under an obligation to make one of following decisions (at the sole discretion of the Customer):
4.16.1. 006ip can order necessary proxy servers and make them available for the Customer within the term agreed by both parties;
4.16.2. 006ip can fully or partially change the country of proxy servers;
4.16.3. 006ip can make a full or partial refund (for the part of unavailable proxy servers).
4.17. Coupons and promo codes are not applicable for the service: Mobile LTE proxy.
Please do not take actions which may negatively affect the website and disrupt our operations.
5.1 Customer can use 006ip's Services after Ordering, namely:
5.1.1. Get independent access and use the service with the list of proxy servers that the Customer has rights to access.
5.2 the Customer is obligated:
5.2.1. To be responsible for Users' compliance with this Agreement and Order Forms;
5.2.2. To comply with all applicable laws and other contract terms, which stipulate use of 006ip's Services (and/or any related activity or transactions), including specific legal rules applicable for the Customer;
5.2.3. Not to take actions that will be considered as a violation of applicable laws or international law and actions that could lead to interference with the normal functioning of the Website;
5.2.4. To take personal responsibility for using the Services;
5.2.5. To be responsible for accuracy, quality and legality of Customer's personal data provided by Users;
5.2.6. To pay fees on time and according to the terms of this Agreement and applicable Order Form;
5.2.7. To take commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of Services, and notify 006ip promptly of any such unauthorized access or use;
5.2.8. To use Services only according to this Agreement, Order Forms and applicable laws and government regulations;
5.2.9. Not to take actions that may harm 006ip or other Customers, namely:
(1) Modify, create derivative products, adapt, process, imitate, transfer to other resources, translate, compile, decompile, disassemble the website (or any of its parts), any content provided by 006ip;
(2) Use robots, web spiders or other automatic devices, applications, script, algorithm, methodology or similar processes to access, purchase, modify 006ip or in any way reproduce or bypass the navigation structure 006ip for the purpose of obtaining or attempting to obtain materials, documents, services or information not permitted;
(3) To impersonate any other individual or entity;
(4) Use 006ip and/or website to distribute spam, junk mail, fraudulent messages, phishing, chain letters, pyramid schemes or otherwise engage in unethical marketing or promotional activities;
(5) Upload to the website system and software viruses, actual or potential harmful spyware or hacker programs, destructive or aggressive code or components, other computer code, files or applications designed or likely to intercept or destroy the functionality of any computer software, hardware, system or telecommunication equipment and use 006ip to design, distribute and/or transmit or reproduce any of the above;
(6) Access to 006ip, accounts of other customers by any means or technology (e.g., scraping and automated information collection) other than through public interface of 006ip in a lawful manner;
(7) Use 006ip for benchmarking or similar competitive analysis purposes or to create a competitive website.
5.3 Any use of the above Customer or User that in 006ip's judgment threatens the security, integrity or availability of the 006ip's Services, may result in 006ip's immediate suspension of the Services, however 006ip will use commercially reasonable efforts under the circumstances to provide Customer with notice and an opportunity to remedy such violation or threat prior to any such suspension unless Customer's actions resulting in the need for 006ip's immediate action.
5.4 Usage restrictions. Customer will not:
5.4.1. Make any Service available to anyone other than Users, or use any Service for the benefit of anyone other than the Customer unless expressly stated in the Order Form or specifically negotiated between the Customer and 006ip;
5.4.2. Sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, make available, rent or lease any Service without prior written consent of 006ip;
5.4.3. Use Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights;
5.4.4. Use Service to store or transmit Malicious Code;
5.4.5. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Service or third-party data contained therein, take actions exposing vulnerability of the Website or aimed to hack the Website;
5.4.6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Service or its related systems or networks;
5.4.7. Permit direct or indirect access to or use of any Service in a way that circumvents a contractual usage limit, or use any Service to access or use any of 006ip's intellectual property except as permitted under this Agreement, Order Form;
5.4.8. Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on a Service and/or Website or any part, feature, function or user interface thereof without prior written consent of 006ip;
5.4.9. Frame or mirror any part of the website and/or any Service, other than framing on Customer's own intranets or otherwise for its own internal business purposes without prior written consent of 006ip;
5.4.10. Disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile a Service or access it to:
(1) build a competitive product or service;
(2) build a product or service using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service and/or Website;
(3) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service and/or Website; or
(4) determine whether the Service is within the scope of any patent;
5.4.11. Register false Personal Accounts in order to receive payments under the referral program;
5.4.12. Use Services to:
(1) download materials via torrent clients (e.g., uTorrent, BitLord, etc.);
(2) distribute intellectual property of others without knowledge of the copyright holder (video and audio files, software, games, etc.);
(3) review, download or distribute pornographic content;
(4) create phishing websites;
(5) conduct brute-force attacks;
(6) conduct internet fraud and other illegal activity.
You are solely responsible for your Personal Account. Ensure that information about you is correct and that your Personal Account is secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Customer's Personal Account. If you think that suspension or termination of access is a mistake, please write to support@006ip.com.
6.1 Upon completion of all necessary Ordering operations, the Customer receives a login and password for access to the Personal Account. The Customer's login and password will be sent to the email address specified by the Customer in the Order Form.
6.2 Before Ordering, a potential Customer can complete the registration form on the website and create a Personal Account.
6.3 Any individual or legal person meeting the eligibility criteria for a Customer or User set forth in this Agreement can create a Personal Account.
6.4 To create a Personal Account, the Customer must complete the registration process: create a unique login and password, provide an email address.
6.5 When registering for a Personal Account and using 006ip's Services, information is required. It is recommended to provide valid contacts, since 006ip may use these contacts to communicate with the Customer.
6.6 A Personal Account can only be created once. If the Customer uses two or more types of services, they will continue to use the same Personal Account. Relevant information will be entered into the Personal Account for all types of services used by the Customer.
6.7 006ip does not advise to post or store personal or confidential information on the Personal Account/website and is not responsible in case this information is disclosed, lost or corrupted.
6.8 006ip can change, suspend, terminate Customer's access to its Personal Account or access Website:
6.8.1. If the Customer violates applicable laws or international law;
6.8.2. If 006ip determines in its sole discretion that the Customer has violated this Agreement;
6.8.3. When the service usage term expires;
6.8.4. In other cases where 006ip deems it necessary.
006ip provides paid services. Service prices are determined based on prices available on the website.
7.1 006ip's Services are available on a pre-paid basis.
7.2 The Customer shall pay all fees specified in Order Forms. Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form:
7.2.1. Fees are based on Services purchased and not actual usage;
7.2.2. Payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable within 24 hours after Ordering;
7.2.3. Quantities purchased cannot be decreased after payment.
7.3 Service prices are quoted in USD and are also available in other currencies (conversion on the Website will happen automatically at the current rate).
7.4 The Customer makes payment via online banking or payment systems available in the Order Form. In some cases, upon prior agreement, 006ip can issue an invoice to the Customer. Alternatively, the Customer can use funds from its Personal Balance.
7.5 The Customer can top up funds to its Personal Balance in advance via online banking or payment systems available in the Personal Account. Funds from the Personal Balance can be used to pay for Services. The Customer can request return of funds from Personal balance. When returning such funds, 006ip only uses bank details used by Customer when topping up the Personal balance. Funds earned as referral fees can be withdrawn to any bank account at the discretion of the Customer.
7.6 The Customer bears all funds transfer costs, including service fees of banking institutions and financial agents.
7.7 the Customer is solely responsible for the correctness of payments it makes.
7.8 The Customer is responsible for providing 006ip with complete and accurate payment detail information and for notifying 006ip of any changes to such information. If the Customer's payment details changed, the Customer is solely responsible for payment made using outdated details.
7.9 006ip may unilaterally review and change prices for its services. New service prices become effective since the moment they are available on the website.
7.10 006ip reserves a right to refund paid fees in case the Customer cannot use Services due to technical reasons.
We are the sole owners of the Website and all its components.
8.1 Reservation of Rights. Subject to the limited rights expressly granted hereunder, 006ip reserves all of its right, title and interest in and to its Services, including all of its related intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to Customer hereunder other than as expressly set forth herein.
8.2 License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to 006ip a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into its services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by any Customer or User relating to the operation of 006ip's Services and/or 006ip's operations.
8.3 License by Customer to Use Name, Business name, Trademarks and Logos. Customer grants to 006ip a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to place its Name, Business name, Trademarks and Logos on the Website.
You are responsible for your actions and the resolution of issues related to claims of third parties. We are not responsible for your obligations to third parties.
9.1 006ip is not responsible for actions that the Customer takes using 006ip's Services, including use of Services the Customer in violation of applicable laws or international laws, violations of the Customer's obligations to third parties etc.
9.2 006ip does not bear responsibility and cannot provide any guarantees for inconsistency of IP address geolocation information, which the Customer may find when checking such information on other Websites. Such inconsistency can be explained by outdated databases and other reasons beyond the control of 006ip.
9.3 006ip is not responsible for information that Customer posts using Website.
9.4 Customer agrees to release 006ip's website and other third-party partners from claims arising from the negligent actions of other customers and third parties.
9.5 006ip is not responsible for the actions of any other customer or third parties, as well as for the accuracy, reliability and relevance of the information they provide. 006ip is not responsible for any claims, damages or losses associated with the Use of the Website by the Customer.
9.6 006ip is not responsible for execution of this Agreement to third parties. Though 006ip encourages its Customers to report if a Customer believes that another Customer or third party violates this Agreement. 006ip reserves a right to conduct its own investigation and take appropriate measures.
This Agreement and Privacy policy stipulate the treatment of confidential information.
10.1 Definition of Confidential Information. "Confidential Information" means all information disclosed by a party ("Disclosing Party") to the other party ("Receiving Party"), whether orally or in writing, that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure.
10.1.1. Confidential Information of Customer includes Customer Data.
10.1.2. Confidential Information of 006ip includes the Services and terms and conditions of all Order Forms (including pricing).
10.1.3. Confidential Information of each party includes business and marketing plans, technology and technical information, product plans and designs, and business processes and content of communication between the parties.
However, Confidential Information does not include any information that:
10.1.4. is or becomes generally known to the public without breach of any obligation owed to the Disclosing Party,
10.1.5. was known to the Receiving Party prior to its disclosure by the Disclosing Party without breach of any obligation owed to the Disclosing Party,
10.1.6. is received from a third party without breach of any obligation owed to the Disclosing Party, or
10.1.7. was independently developed by the Receiving Party.
For the avoidance of doubt, the non-disclosure obligations set forth in this "Confidentiality" section apply to Confidential Information exchanged between the parties in connection with the evaluation of other 006ip services.
10.2 Protection of Confidential Information. As between the parties, each party retains all ownership rights in and to its Confidential Information. The Receiving Party will use the same degree of care that it uses to protect the confidentiality of its own confidential information of like kind (but not less than reasonable care) to:
10.2.1 not use any Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party for any purpose outside the scope of this Agreement;
10.2.2 except as otherwise authorized by the Disclosing Party in writing, limit access to Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party to those of its employees and contractors who need that access for purposes consistent with this Agreement and who have signed confidentiality agreements with the Receiving Party containing protections not materially less protective of the Confidential Information than those herein.
Neither party will disclose the terms of any Order Form to any third party other than its legal counsel and accountants without the other party's prior written consent, provided that a party that makes any such disclosure to its legal counsel or accountants will remain responsible for such legal counsel's or accountant's compliance with this "Confidentiality" section. Notwithstanding the foregoing, 006ip may disclose the terms of any applicable Order Form to a subcontractor to the extent necessary to perform its 006ip's obligations under this Agreement, under terms of confidentiality materially as protective as set forth herein.
10.3 Compelled Disclosure. If the Receiving Party is compelled by law to disclose Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party, it shall provide the Disclosing Party with prior notice of the compelled disclosure (to the extent legally permitted) and reasonable assistance, at the Disclosing Party's cost, if the Disclosing Party wishes to contest the disclosure. If the Receiving Party is compelled by law to disclose the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information as part of a civil proceeding to which the Disclosing Party is a party, and the Disclosing Party is not contesting the disclosure, the Disclosing Party will reimburse the Receiving Party for its reasonable cost of compiling and providing secure access to that Confidential Information.
11.1 Representations. Each party represents that it has validly entered into this Agreement and has the legal power to do so.
11.2 Disclaimer. ANY SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, NEITHER PARTY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, AND EACH PARTY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
12.1 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF EACH PARTY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER HEREUNDER FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
12.2 006ip is never responsible for:
12.2.1. Any problems, failures or errors occurring by reason of a use of the Service that is non-compliant with the instructions, procedures or other specifications given by 006ip or due to a breach by the Customer of any of its obligations under the Agreement,
12.2.2. Problems occurring by reason of the further use of the Service with software or hardware that is not compatible with the Customer's operating system,
12.2.3. Any loss or corruption of software or data that could have been avoided and corrected if the Customer had established a periodic backup system, whatever the cause and origin,
12.2.4. Changes or design defects of the Customer website that is used together with the Service,
12.2.5. Introduction of a computer virus affecting the correct operation of 006ip's website,
12.2.6. Intrusion by a third party in the computer system affecting the correct operation of 006ip's website,
12.2.7. Changes of the hosting or housing system,
12.2.8. Network failure making 006ip's website inaccessible,
12.2.9. Events of the Customer's technical infrastructure.
In any case, for the purposes of this Agreement, the financial responsibility of 006ip will be limited to one hundred percent (100%) of the sums paid for Services by the Customer during the twelve months immediately preceding the occurrence of the event causing the damage or loss.
We can delete your personal account if you requested it, if you violate this Agreement, law or the rights of the third parties or if you're no longer a customer.
13.1 Term of Agreement. This Agreement commences on the date Customer first accepts it and continues until the term of all Services provided according to this Agreement has expired or the Services have been terminated.
13.2 Term of service provision. The term of provision of each service is indicated in the corresponding Order Form and shown in the Customer's Personal account. A service can be renewed by creating a new order in the Personal account.
13.3 Termination. 006ip can unilaterally terminate this Agreement and terminate provision of the 006ip's Services in case the Customer violates the terms of this Agreement.
13.4 Survival. Sections "General Information", "Definitions", "Fees and Payments", "Proprietary Rights and Licenses", "Confidentiality", "Responsibility", "Disclaimer", "Limitation of Liability", "Term of Agreement and Termination", "Dispute and Disagreement Resolution" etc. will survive any expiration.
If we had a dispute or disagreement with you, we prefer negotiation to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved peacefully, we will submit the dispute to the court located at the place of the Service provider.
14.1 All disputes or disagreements between the parties regarding execution of the Agreement shall be settled through negotiations.
14.2 If the parties fail to reach an agreement within 30 (thirty) days, the dispute may be submitted to the court located at the place of SSV IT Provider Online Service Co., Ltd.
14.3 This Agreement, and any claim and dispute are governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

15.1 Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence. This Agreement is the entire agreement between 006ip and Customer regarding Customer's use of Services and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, written or oral, regarding its subject matter. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the following documents, the order of precedence shall be:
(1) the applicable Order Form,
(2) this Agreement.
The headings of the sections of this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision of this Agreement.
15.2 The Agreement can be amended or supplemented by 006ip at any moment without notice to the Customer. A new version of the Agreement becomes effective since the moment it's available on the website.
15.3 If the Customer continues to use the Website and Services after such amendments and/or supplements become effective, the Customer automatically accepts these amendments and/or supplements and agrees to such amendments and/or supplements.
15.4 Relationship of the Parties. The parties are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create a partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency, fiduciary or employment relationship. Each party shall be responsible for all compensation of its employees and all employment-related taxes.
15.5 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, the provision will be deemed null and void, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect.
15.6 Assignment. Neither party may assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the other party's prior written consent, except that either party may assign this Agreement and all Order Forms in their entirety without the other party's consent to a party in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets. However, if the Customer is acquired by, sells substantially all of its assets to, or undergoes a change of control in favor of, a direct competitor of the other party, then such other party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their respective successors and permitted assigns.
15.7 This agreement is made in English and governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

006ip Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By registering and using the affiliate links ("Links"), you become a member of the 006ip Affiliate Program ("Program") and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please ensure you have read these terms carefully before registering. These terms should be read and interpreted alongside our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
These Terms are a legal agreement between SSV IT Provider Online Service Co., Ltd. ("006ip", "we") and you ("Affiliate", "you").
We reserve the right to update and change these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes, modifications, or enhancements to the Program, including new features and resources provided by us from time to time, shall be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Program after such changes constitutes your consent to them.
Violation of these terms may lead to termination or suspension of your rights as an Affiliate and forfeiture of any unsettled affiliate referral fees earned during the violation period.
1. DefinitionsIn these terms, the following words have the meanings given to them:
1.1 "Affiliate" ("you"; "your") refers to you as a member of 006ip.
1.2 "Personal Account" - The user's account on the site through which the user can use the services. The personal account also allows the user/Affiliate to receive their referral link and withdraw their referral fees.
1.3 "Affiliate Program" refers to our program for promoting our brand via registered Affiliates.
1.4 "Confidential Information" refers to all documents, information and materials provided by us to you and any other proprietary information that should reasonably be considered confidential.
1.5 "Intellectual Property Rights" means all intellectual property rights (including without limitation patents, utility models, trademarks and service marks, business names, domain names, design rights, copyright, moral rights, topography rights, database rights, trade secrets and know-how), whether or not registered or registrable and also including the right to apply for registration of any of these rights, and all rights and forms of protection of a similar nature or having equivalent or similar effect to any of these anywhere in the world.
1.6 "Referral" refers to individuals or entities referred by the 006ip affiliate.
1.7 All terms used below but not defined in these Terms shall be interpreted according to the Terms of Service.
2. Joining the Affiliate Program2.1 The Affiliate Program allows Affiliates to promote 006ip services using our approved promotional materials and earn commissions based on the rates set forth in this agreement. Any inappropriate activity that may harm 006ip, our users, and/or our Affiliates will be considered a violation of these terms.
2.2 006ip and the Affiliate agree that they enter into this agreement as independent parties. The Affiliate confirms that no partnership, franchise relationship or employment relationship will be established between them and SSV IT Provider Online Service Co., Ltd.
2.3 During your participation in our Affiliate Program, we may provide you with confidential information, including but not limited to information about our company, operations and technology. You acknowledge and agree not to disclose confidential information to any third party and not to use it for purposes other than promoting our services, unless you have our written consent.
3. Account Registration and Terms3.1 If you agree to these terms and conditions and wish to become an Affiliate, you must register a personal account. To complete the registration process, you should provide your valid email address.
3.2 We reserve the right to verify your information at any time, including but not limited to verifying one or more official government or legal documents to confirm your identity (such as your current passport, national identity card, driver's license or any other valid government-issued document).
3.3 If you are an individual, you must be at least 18 years old to join this program.
3.4 Each personal account is for use by a single legal entity (e.g., company or partnership) or individual only. We do not allow you to share your login and password with any other person, nor with multiple users on a network. The security of the login and password is your responsibility.
3.5 Each individual or legal entity can only register one personal account. Registration of several personal accounts by the same individual, legal entity and/or its associates will be considered a violation of these terms and will result in the termination of this agreement, closure of your accounts and withholding of any unpaid commissions.
3.6 You must not use the program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) in the course of using the program.
3.7 We may, at our sole discretion, require you to provide identity information. Failure to provide your identity information will violate this agreement and may result in your termination from the program and withholding of any unpaid commissions.
4. Website and/or Forum RestrictionsWebsites, forums and/or other platforms on which you participate (on which you can use the Link) may not:
4.1 Infringe our or any other person's intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights.
4.2 Violate any law, rule or regulation.
4.3 Contain any content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or contains nudity, pornography or sexually explicit materials.
4.4 Contain any internet viruses, malware, system and software viruses or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
4.5 Contain software or use technology that attempts to intercept, divert or redirect internet traffic to or from any other website, or potentially cause referral commissions to be transferred from another Affiliate.
4.6 Mislead users about products or services available on your website or the 006ip website.
5. Referral Links and Promotion5.1 Once you have registered a personal account, you will be provided with a link, which must be used to identify you when linking from your website, email or other communications to 006ip. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct use of each such link.
5.2 We also provide graphic images ("Banners"), which can be used in links to promote 006ip. Banners are available in your personal account. You may not modify the banners in any way. We reserve the right to change banners at any time without notice.
5.3 You will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your website and all materials that appear on your website.
5.4 Unless we have given our prior written consent, you may not use our name or banners in any bulk emails, nor in any type of contextual advertising (such as Google Ads and Yandex.Direct, etc.). If your marketing activity leads to significant spam complaints for us or our services, we may terminate the agreement.
5.5 You may not issue any press releases regarding this agreement or your participation in the program; doing so may result in your termination from the program. In addition, you may not in any way misrepresent or overstate the relationship between us and you, say that you developed our services, say that you are part of 006ip, or express or imply any relationship between us and you or any other person or entity, except as expressly permitted by this agreement.
5.6 To attract new users, you have the right to:
(1) Share the link in messenger apps and emails with your friends, acquaintances, and partners.
(2) Place links and/or banners on your website, blog, or forum.
(3) Share the link in social networks.
(4) Leave the link under video reviews.
(5) Post the link in your signature on forums.
(6) Place the link or banner on comment and rating websites.
(7) Share the link in comments under videos, articles, etc.
6. Order Processing6.1 We will process orders placed by users through your affiliate link. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not meet certain requirements according to our Terms of Service.
6.2 We will track the orders you generate and provide this information in your personal account. For accurate tracking, reporting and commission accumulation, you must ensure your referrals use the link correctly.
6.3 We have the right to decide on receiving orders and provide available payment methods for users. We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods without notice.
6.4 You may not add any payment methods other than those provided by 006ip. You also may not accept payments for our services. You may not integrate any of your scripts into order processing. You may not pass personal and billing information specified by users on the payment page to any of your scripts, nor may you save such data. You may not pass modified information to the payment gateway.
6.5 Any violation of the order processing terms will constitute a material breach of this agreement and may result in your termination from the program and withholding of any unpaid commissions.
7. Referral Fees7.1 You are eligible for referral fees if a user orders through the link from your website, email or other communications to 006ip, and does not return or request a refund within 5 days after placing the order. If they do not complete the order, return the service or request a refund, you will not receive a referral fee.
7.2 We only pay referral fees for links automatically tracked and reported by our system. If someone says they registered through you but our system does not track it, we will not pay referral fees.
7.3 Referral fees are a part of the revenue brought to us by users you referred. Referral fees will be calculated based only on 006ip's accounting. Referral fees will be credited to your personal account within 5 days after the user pays for our services. You acknowledge and agree that you are entitled to referral fees only after the user has paid in full. If for any reason 006ip does not receive payment from the user or returns such payment to the user, you will have no right to the related referral fee.
7.4 Our service has the following commission system:
7.4.1 Referral fees shall be paid to you for service sales generated by your directly referred users. The referral fee is up to 30% for the first order of each new referral, and 10% for all their subsequent orders. For referral rewards for purchasing mobile proxies, the referral fee is up to 10% for the first order of each new referral, and 3% for all their subsequent orders.
7.4.2 If the service sale comes from a user referred by your referral, no referral fee shall be paid to you.
7.4.3 Referral fees shall be paid to you for service sales from new users. If these users have ordered our services before being referred by you, they are not considered new users, even if they made a new order using your link, and no referral fee shall be paid to you.
7.4.4 The referral fee structure may be changed at our sole discretion.
7.4.5 Orders for mobile proxies are not included in referral earnings.
7.5 You may not participate in our Affiliate Program and receive referral fees for orders placed by you or your associates. If such an attempt is made, we have the right to terminate your membership, terminate all associated personal accounts and withhold any unpaid commissions.
7.6 We reserve the right to cancel commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal or overly aggressive, suspicious sales or marketing methods. We reserve the right to terminate the personal accounts of affiliates and withhold commissions for affiliates who refer users who frequently request refunds.
8. Payment8.1 If your referrals place an order and do not return or request a refund as set forth in Section 7.1, referral fees will be paid to you within 5 days after the user places the order. If we are investigating your compliance with these terms or you have been suspended or terminated, your payment may be delayed or withheld according to these terms and/or applicable law.
8.2 006ip pays Affiliates only through payment methods available in your personal account. You can receive payments if you select a payment method available in your personal account and provide your payment information in your personal account by linking your payment details.
8.3 For some payment methods, a minimum payment threshold may apply. Information about minimum payment thresholds should be provided in the personal account. If a minimum payment threshold applies, payment will only be made after the referral fee amount reaches the specified threshold.
8.4 Payments from users who get a refund or payments recovered due to credit card fraud are not eligible for referral fees. We may delay accounting for referral fees to comply with risk analysis considerations and anti-money laundering procedures.
8.5 All referral fees are exclusive of all taxes, charges, levies, assessments and other any form of fees related to your participation in these terms, which shall be your responsibility and paid by you.
9. User Definition9.1 Every user who purchases services through this program is considered a user of 006ip and is bound by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Accordingly, all our rules, policies and operating procedures regarding pricing, user orders, user services and service sales will apply to these users. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. 006ip is not responsible for any representations made by Affiliates that contradict our rules, policies or operating procedures.
10. Copyright and Trademark Protected Materials10.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your comments, product descriptions and articles (if applicable to your website) comply with all applicable copyright, trademark and other laws. 006ip is not responsible if you use someone else's copyrighted or trademarked material in violation of the law.
11. Term of Agreement and Program11.1 The term of this agreement begins on the date you register a personal account and will end when terminated by either party. You or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by simply giving the other party notice of termination. Sending notice to your address on our records via email is deemed sufficient notice to terminate this agreement.
11.2 We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time. Upon termination of the program, we will pay any legitimate unsettled earnings, unless otherwise provided, these earnings will be paid according to these terms and/or applicable law.
12. Termination12.1 006ip may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your personal account and deny you current or future right to use the program or any other 006ip services, for any reason. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your personal account and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or accumulated referral fees in your account if such referral fees were earned through fraudulent, illegal or overly aggressive, suspicious sales or marketing methods. 006ip reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Upon termination of this agreement, you will immediately cease use and remove from your website all links to our website and all images and other materials provided by us under the program.
13. Relationship of Parties13.1 You and 006ip are independent contractors, and this agreement will not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You may not make any statements on your website or anywhere else, for any purpose, that could reasonably contradict this agreement.
14. Limitation of Liability14.1 006ip and any of 006ip's officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them shall not be liable to you or any third party for any amount or type of loss or damage that may be suffered, whether direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damage, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damage arising from business interruption and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise in connection with this program in any way.
15. Disclaimer15.1 YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PROGRAM AND 006IP'S SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 006IP MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH 006IP OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO 006IP AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY OR TORT (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENCE) FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF 006IP, (III) ANY ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION.
16. Notices16.1 All notices you give to us must be sent to SSV IT Provider Online Service Co., Ltd. at support@006ip.com. We may give notice to you at the email address you provided to us when registering. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.
17. Waiver17.1 If we fail, at any time, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these terms, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled hereunder, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
17.2 A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
17.3 No waiver by us of any of these terms shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
18. Severability18.1 If any of these terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction19.1 In all other respects not covered by the provisions of these terms, 006ip and you will follow the current laws of the Republic of Cyprus, applicable international laws and accepted fair business practices.
19.2 In case of a dispute, you and we are obligated to resolve it through peaceful negotiations within 60 (sixty) days.
19.3 Dispute(s) regarding violation of obligations should be sent in writing with documents proving the claim attached. It should be sent to our email address indicated above.
19.4 If such disputes are not resolved through negotiation, then you and 006ip agree that the dispute may be submitted to the court located at the place of 006ip Provider Online Service Co., Ltd.
