The IP proxy and network IP resource services provided by us are intended only for lawful network connections, technical testing, and business purposes.

Users shall not use this service for:

• Ad cheating or traffic fraud
• Mass account registration or account manipulation
• Manipulating platform data or rankings
• Bypassing platform security mechanisms
• Unauthorized large-scale data collection

All proxy usage must comply with relevant laws and regulations and the terms of service of the target websites or platforms.

The dataset and data API services provided by us are limited to lawful data research, business analysis, or technical development.

Users shall not:

• Collect or distribute personal data without authorization
• Use data for illegal monitoring or discriminatory purposes
